Arrival and registration
Your group will be staying in one of our hotels.

Arrival on 24th August or before:

Our hotels will be available from the night between 24-25 August. You will need to find a different accommodation if you arrive before. Check-in on August 24th in each residence from 15:00 to 22:00

Arrival on 25th August before 14:00h:

On 25th August registration by your group leader is open between 09:00-14:00 in every hotels. You may drop-off your luggage at the hotel.

Arrival on 25th August after 14:00h:

Go directly to the hall. Group leaders may register their groups there.
